This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all digital, physical, gemstone and ritual-related orders placed through the AstroIndia mobile app and associated platforms.

1. Digital Deliverables (Kundli, Reports, Analysis Files)

All digital products including:

• Premium Kundli
• Matchmaking Reports
• Numerology Reports
• Gemstone Guidance Files
• Custom Audio/Video Forecasts
• Dasha Analysis
• Annual Predictions

are delivered electronically via:

• WhatsApp
• Email
• In-App Delivery Section or Registered Dashboard

 

Standard Delivery Timeline:

2–7 working days from the date of order confirmation.

Rush/Express Delivery (if available):

May include additional charges and is subject to astrologer availability.

Delays due to birth detail verification, missing information, or astrologer backlog do not create eligibility for refunds.

2. Gemstones, Yantras & Physical Spiritual Products

For gemstone, rings, pendants, yantras, puja kits, or energized items:

• All shipments are made through reputed courier partners such as Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery, India Post Speed Post, DHL (for international).
• Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.

Dispatch Time:

3–10 working days after:

• full payment
• certification
• energization/puja rituals, if selected
  

Delivery Time (Indicative):

• India Metro Cities: 3–7 working days
• Non-Metro / Remote Areas: 7–14 working days
• International Orders: 20–30 working days (depending on customs clearance)

3. Delay Due to Energization / Ritual Work

If the product requires:

• mantra jaap
• energization (prana-pratishtha)
• temple ritual
• yantra activation

then dispatch timelines may extend beyond regular shipping schedules.

Such delays are part of the ritual process and do not qualify for cancellation or refund.

4. Customs, Duties & International Restrictions

For deliveries outside India:

• Customs duties, import taxes, inspection fees and clearance charges (if applicable) shall be borne solely by the buyer.
• AstroIndia is not responsible for international customs delays, seizure, or examination processes.

If an item is returned by customs, re-shipping costs must be paid again by the buyer.

5. Shipping Damage / Lost Packages

If a physical gemstone, ring, or yantra is damaged in transit:

• Proof of damage must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of package and product.
• Once validated, replacement may be provided only at AstroIndia’s discretion.
• No refunds shall be issued.

If the package is marked delivered by courier tracking but not received, the matter must be taken up directly with the courier. AstroIndia will assist but is not liable for courier misdelivery or theft post-delivery status.

6. Address Errors

If the user enters an incorrect or incomplete delivery address:

• The shipment may get delayed or returned.
• Re-shipping charges must be paid again by the customer.
• No refund shall be issued for incorrect address entry.

7. No Return of Spiritual Items

Due to sanctity and ritual usage, the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Gemstones post-energization or puja
• Custom-made rings or pendants
• Yantras, Rudraksha, Puja kits-
• Temple energized articles
• Personalized spiritual objects

All gemstone sales are final and non-returnable.

8. Tracking Updates

Tracking ID will be shared within 24–72 hours of dispatch.

Delays in courier update scans do not qualify for refund or dispute.

Customers must track their packages directly using the provided link.

9. Force Majeure

AstroIndia shall not be responsible for delays caused by:

• strikes
• lockdowns
• natural calamities
• border restrictions
• pandemic regulations
• courier company disruptions

Timelines will shift automatically based on external uncontrollable conditions.

10. Jurisdiction

All shipping, delivery, courier dispute, loss and claim matters fall under:

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Mohali, Punjab, India
