Astroindia App Pricing Policy

At AstroIndia, we strive to maintain transparency in the pricing of our services. This Pricing Policy outlines how our services are priced, how the wallet system works, and how offers and refunds are governed.

AstroIndia provides its services on a prepaid model. Users are required to recharge their wallet through the available payment methods to access paid services. The wallet balance can only be used on the AstroIndia platform and is not transferable or withdrawable. Each astrologer on the platform may have a different consultation fee depending on their experience, popularity, and availability. These consultation charges are displayed on the platform before initiating a chat or call session. Pricing is either per-minute or a lump-sum amount depending on the service type, such as live consultation or a full-length horoscope report.

All charges mentioned on the platform are in Indian Rupees unless explicitly stated otherwise. Taxes, including GST or any other applicable charges as per government regulations, will be levied at the time of payment, as per prevailing tax laws. Users are responsible for any additional network or telecom charges incurred during call-based consultations.

New users on AstroIndia are entitled to a one-time free first chat or call session with astrologers. This is a limited-time promotional offer meant to provide users with a trial experience of our platform. Users who attempt to misuse this offer by creating multiple accounts to claim repeated free sessions will be permanently banned from the platform. Once the free consultation is over, users are required to use their wallet balance to continue consultations at the rates shown on the astrologer’s profile.

The pay-per-minute model enables users to control their consultation time and budget. The applicable rate per minute is clearly displayed before starting any session. For specific services like full horoscope reports, gemstone recommendations, or remedy packages, lump-sum pricing is offered. These prices are also shown prior to payment. All pricing is dynamic and may be revised without prior notice. Users are encouraged to check the prices before making any transaction.

AstroIndia may launch promotional offers from time to time such as bonus wallet credits, discounted bundles, or festival-based deals. These offers are time-bound and subject to individual terms and conditions. Bonus credits, if granted, may have usage limitations and expiry periods. Users are not allowed to misuse such promotional offers; doing so may result in cancellation of benefits and suspension of the user’s account.

Once a paid chat or call session has started, AstroIndia does not offer refunds for consumed minutes or dissatisfaction with the advice received. If a lump-sum service such as a report has been partially or fully delivered, no refund shall be applicable. Refunds, if any, are only provided in case of a valid technical issue or no-show by the astrologer, and are processed as wallet credits after verification by our support team. Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the incident.

All payments are processed through third-party gateways or authorized providers. AstroIndia is not responsible for delays, failed transactions, or deductions arising from third-party payment services. Users must resolve any such issues directly with their respective banks or payment providers.

This Pricing Policy is governed by the laws of India. All disputes arising from pricing, offers, payments, or refunds shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Mohali, Punjab, India.
