1. AstroIndia functions as a marketplace platform that connects Users with independent Astrologers, Numerologists, Tarot/Oracle readers and other practitioners (collectively “Astrologers”) via chat, voice or video calls and other services.
   

2. All Astrologers on the Platform are independent service providers. They are not employees, agents or representatives of SAHIL KOHLI HUF. SAHIL KOHLI HUF only facilitates the Platform, the connection between Users and Astrologers, the payment processing and related infrastructure.
   

3. The information, suggestions, opinions, forecasts, remedies, gemstone recommendations and other content (“Advice”) provided by the Astrologers via AstroIndia are for personal, spiritual, guidance or entertainment purposes only. The Advice is not intended to be a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, psychological or other specialist advice. You should not rely solely upon the Advice for making life decisions, and you should seek an appropriate professional where needed.
   

4. While we conduct screening of Astrologers and attempt to maintain quality, we do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, completeness, suitability or timeliness of any Advice given via the Platform. You accept full responsibility for any decision or action you may take based on the Advice.
   

5. The Platform’s chat/call services, reports and consultations may rely on your provided data (birth‑date, time, place, personal details etc.). You are required to provide correct, complete and up‑to‑date information. We are not responsible for Advice rendered on the basis of incorrect, incomplete or misleading information provided by you.
   

6. Any free first session, promotional offer, wallet top‑up, minute‑based or lumpsum consultation, or other services provided by AstroIndia are subject to the terms and conditions of the Platform, and may be changed or withdrawn at any time by us without prior notice.
   

7. The Platform, Services and Advice are provided “as‑is” and “as‑available” without any warranty or guarantee of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement or accuracy of predictions.
   

8. In no event shall SAHIL KOHLI HUF, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents or licensors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including loss of profits, loss of data, emotional distress or loss of business) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, your reliance on the Advice, any interruption of Services, or any actions taken in reliance on the Advice, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
   

9. Your use of the Platform is subject to applicable laws, regulation and risk. We make no guarantee that the Services or Platform will meet your expectations or be fully error‑free, uninterrupted or secure.
   

10. By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer and you accept that your use is at your own risk.
    

11. Any disputes arising from your use of the Platform, or your engagement with an Astrologer, shall be governed by the laws of India and shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.
