1. Cancellation Policy

  1. No Cancellation After Purchase: All products sold on our website are final. Once an order has been placed and payment has been processed, it cannot be canceled. This policy applies to all our products, including but not limited to gemstones, jewelry, astrological reports, and other spiritual products.

  2. Customized Orders: For customized products or services, including specially energized gemstones, personalized astrological consultations, or custom-made jewelry, cancellations are strictly not allowed once the order has been placed and confirmed.

  3. Exceptions: In the event that you need to make any modifications to your order, such requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order. We will try our best to accommodate such requests but do not guarantee any modifications. Changes are subject to availability and the specific nature of the product or service ordered.

2. Refund Policy

  1. Non-Refundable Products: Due to the personalized and customized nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds once a product or service has been purchased. All sales are final. This includes all gemstones, jewelry, personalized reports, and any other products or services available on our website.

  2. Defective or Damaged Products: In the unlikely event that a product you receive is defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at email@astroindia.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. We may request additional information, including images of the defective or damaged product, to assess your request.

  3. Replacement Policy: If a product is found to be defective or damaged upon receipt, and if the claim is approved, we will offer a replacement of the same or a similar product, subject to availability. We do not offer refunds for defective or damaged products, only replacements.

  4. Conditions for Replacement: To be eligible for a replacement, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. If the product has been used or altered in any way, it will not be eligible for a replacement.

  5. Return Shipping Costs: If a return is authorized for a replacement, the customer may be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. These costs are non-refundable.

3. Exceptions to Refunds

  1. Astrological Consultations and Services: All astrological consultations and services rendered by Astrologer Saahil Kohli are final and non-refundable. Once a service is booked and provided, it is considered fully delivered.

  2. Energized Products: Energized gemstones and spiritual products undergo specific rituals and are tailored to individual customer needs. As such, they cannot be returned or refunded.

  3. Gift Cards and Promotional Items: All sales of gift cards and promotional items are final and non-refundable.

4. Force Majeure

AstroIndia shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this policy where such failure is due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, pandemics, natural disasters, or government regulations.
