Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy governs all purchases, consultations, wallet transactions, subscriptions, reports and services made through the AstroIndia mobile application, website, and associated platforms (collectively referred to as “Platform”).

1. No Refund on Completed Consultations

Once a call, chat, video consultation, or session has been initiated, connected, or completed, no refund will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• dissatisfaction with the Astrologer’s Advice
• perceived accuracy or outcome of predictions
• differences in style, tone, communication, or remedy approach
• delay in results, spiritual outcomes, puja effectiveness, or gemstone effects
• decision to not continue after starting the session

AstroIndia is a marketplace and does not guarantee the accuracy or impact of any Advice.

2. Wallet Top-Ups / Recharge Purchases

All wallet purchases are final and non-refundable, including:

• unused wallet balance
• promotional bonus balance
• free minutes, coupons, rewards
• cashback or festival offers

Wallet balance cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or converted to bank transfer/cash.

Wallet validity shall be governed by platform guidelines and may expire if unused within a specific period.

3. Calls Not Connected / Technical Failure

Refunds or re-credits may be provided only if:

• the call does not connect at all due to technical error at AstroIndia’s end
• the astrologer fails to answer and minutes are deducted
• the server disconnects before the session begins and minutes are deducted

In such cases, resolution will be issued as wallet credit only, never as monetary refund.

User network failures, device issues, poor connectivity on the user side, or call termination by user do not qualify for refunds.

4. Report Purchases (Kundli, Horoscopes, Remedies, Written Analysis)

Once a report/order is generated or processing has begun, no refund or cancellation is permitted.

Reports are individualized digital products that cannot be revoked once prepared, including:

• Premium Kundli
• Matchmaking Reports
• Gemstone Reports
• Numerology Files
• Custom Analysis by Astrologers
• Audio/Video Recorded Readings

Delivery timelines may vary depending on volume and astrologer schedule; delays do not create refund eligibility.

5. Puja, Rituals, Remedies & Gemstone Guidance

Puja bookings, ritual services, yantra activation, gemstone recommendations or energy-based spiritual processes are non-refundable once initiated.

Gemstone effects depend on multiple metaphysical variables—AstroIndia does not guarantee spiritual outcomes.

6. Astrologer-Related Complaints

Astrologers are independent service providers, not employees of SAHIL KOHLI HUF.

Concerns can be reported, and appropriate platform action may be taken (training, suspension, account review), but no refund obligation arises.

If deemed appropriate by the internal grievance team, compensation may be issued only as wallet credits, never as bank refund.

7. Incorrect User Information

No refund, recalculation, or compensation is permitted if incorrect birth details or personal data are provided by the User.

Responsibility of accurate:

• birth date
• birth time
• birth location
• personal inputs

8. Offers, Packages, Bonuses

Promotional schemes, discount codes, festival offers, free chat/call sessions, referral bonuses, cashback, gifted minutes:

• are non-exchangeable
• are non-refundable
• may be withdrawn anytime without prior notice

9. Refund Method (If Approved)

In exceptional technical cases, where refund is approved by the platform review team, it shall be issued:

• only as AstroIndia wallet credit
• never as bank refund / UPI / card reversal

Wallet credits are final and cannot be converted to cash.

10. Discretionary Rights

AstroIndia reserves the absolute right to:

• deny refund requests
• block fraudulent accounts
• reverse promotions if misuse is detected
• modify refund terms without notice

11. Jurisdiction

All disputes, claims or refund-related matters fall under:

Exclusive Jurisdiction: Mohali, Punjab, India
